Net-zero
Net zero emissions refer to achieving an overall balance between greenhouse gas emissions produced and greenhouse gas emissions taken out of the atmosphere to reduce global warming. The impact of residual emissions of greenhouse gases that are not possible to eliminate should neutralized by permanently removing an equivalent amount of atmospheric carbon dioxide.
