Two companies operate under the Vertis name. 

Vertis Environmental Finance Ltd (“VEF”) is the brokerage business of Vertis.  VEF transacts spot and forward instruments with physical delivery, including carbon, biofuels and energy certificates.

Vertis Finance Kft. (“VFK”) is 100% owned by the owners of VEF.  VFK is a project development and management company with mandates to advise on Joint Implementation projects.  These projects reduce emissions of nitrous oxide at fertiliser manufacturers in Central Europe.
